Integrations: ComeBack

What is ComeBack?

ComeBack is an external platform that helps restaurants manage their customer base, reward loyalty through a points system, and access behavioral data for informed decision-making.

How does the integration with Last.app work?

The integration between Last.app and ComeBack is bidirectional, meaning data flows both ways. It’s carried out through webhooks, so no token from Last.app is required.

  • Sold items: individual products and combos/menus, including components.
  • Order details: table number, order source (e.g., Glovo or in-house), language, etc.
