Integrations: TicknCook KDS

What is TicknCook?

TicknCook is a Kitchen Display System (KDS) designed to optimize order management in restaurants. With this tool, you can view, organize, and prepare orders received through your POS more quickly and efficiently—without the need to print tickets.

Thanks to its integration with Last.app, you can connect your TicknCook account and manage all incoming orders directly from a digital kitchen screen, fully synced with your POS.

How to Integrate TicknCook with Last.app

Follow these steps to connect TicknCook to your Last.app account:


Step 1: Create a TicknCook account

  • Fill out the form with your business information and create a password.
  • After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to activate your account.

InfoAfter activation, you'll have access to a demo account where you can test the application using mock orders. This account is not yet connected to Last.app.

Step 2: Get your integration token

  • In TicknCook, click on the hamburger menu (top-right corner).
  • Go to Third-party services, and select Last.app.
  • A token will be generated—copy this token for the next step.


Step 3: Activate the integration in Last.app

  • Go to the Last.app admin panel.
  • Navigate to the “Integrations” section, find “TicknCook V2”, and click “Install”.
  • When prompted, paste the integration token you copied from TicknCook.




Make sure you paste the token correctly. A typo will prevent the integration from activating.


Step 4: Finalize the setup in TicknCook

  • After saving the integration in Last.app, go back to TicknCook and click “Continue”.
  • A new account will now appear in the account selector (top-left corner), with the name of your Last.app organization.
  • Select this account and access your kitchen screen to start managing live orders in real time.
