LastSHOP: Catalog Management, Payment Methods & Other Settings
From the Last.app admin panel, you can fully customize your online store experience.
This includes assigning catalogs, configuring payment methods, enabling or disabling services like delivery or pickup, and other key settings to adapt your store to daily operations.
In this article, we’ll guide you through these configurations step by step.
Assigning a Catalog to the Online Store
You can link a specific catalog to your online store based on your business needs.
You may choose to:
How to do it:
- Create the desired catalog from Organization | Catalogs.
- Go to Location | Assign Catalogs and assign the catalog you want for the shop.
Save your changes. That menu will now be visible in LastSHOP.
Catalog Configuration for QR Orders
If you're using QR code ordering at the table, you can:
Note: The catalog shown via QR is the same one used for the Shop.
Enable or Disable Pickup and/or Delivery Services
If you ever want to temporarily stop delivery or pickup services for a specific brand or location, you can easily do so.
How:
If you manage more than one brand, select the brand you want to adjust.
Check or uncheck the boxes for “Delivery” and “Take Away” according to your operation.
Note: Once a service is disabled, it will immediately disappear from the online store for that brand and location.
Enable Offline Payment Methods
While LastSHOP supports online payments, you can also offer offline payment options, such as:
How to enable them:
Scroll to the bottom of the page under “Offline Payment Methods” in the LastSHOP settings.
Select the offline methods you wish to enable.
Note: When an order reaches the POS (LastPOS) with an offline payment method, it will appear as “pending payment.”
You’ll need to manually close the bill in the POS once the payment is completed.
