Delivery Management: Create an Own Delivery
From the POS, you can manually create delivery orders. This feature allows staff to manage customer orders that come through phone calls, third-party integrations, or any direct communication channel with the restaurant.
How to Create an Own Delivery
On the top menu, tap the motorbike icon.
Select "NEW DELIVERY".
A new window will open where you must complete the following fields:
Delivery Company: Select Own Delivery.
Customer Phone Number: This serves as the customer's identifier for future orders.
Brand: Choose the relevant brand.
Note: If you have multiple virtual brands with different menus, selecting a brand here will determine which catalog is shown.
Click Continue.
Enter the customer's personal information. (This is only required the first time the customer places an order.)
Confirm the customer's data and select the delivery date and time. You can also create a scheduled order.
Press Create.
Add products to the order, select the payment method, and click Done.
