The Structure of LastPOS

LastPOS is the platform that enables end-to-end management of any food service establishment. It is built around two main components:

  • POS (Point of Sale): The core system for managing in-house and takeaway operations.

  • Delivery Hub: The control center for managing your delivery orders.

Both the POS and Delivery Hub are daily operational tools. They're designed to streamline service management in restaurants, which is why they're primarily used by waitstaff, cashiers, and operations managers.

System Structure

Toolbars:
  • Top Toolbar: On the far left, you can quickly identify the logged-in user by their name and see the assigned cash register (if there’s more than one). On the far right, you’ll find the settings menu for accessing additional options.

  • Service Toolbar (center of the top bar):
This bar gives you access to all active services in the restaurant:

    •  Table Plans:

Once created in the admin panel, the table plans will appear on the left side of the bar. You can switch between them by clicking on the name or scrolling sideways within the same plan.

    •  Delivery Hub: Represented by a motorcycle icon. This view allows you to see and manage all delivery orders, whether integrated or manually created.

    • Takeaway: Represented by a bag icon. This view allows you to create and manage takeaway orders.

    • Accounts: This section gathers all the open orders from the previously mentioned services into a global view, allowing you to supervise and understand what’s happening in your restaurant at a glance.

    • Reservations: In this section, you can view all existing reservations and create new ones.

On the right-hand side of the bar, you’ll also find other functionalities such as a search tool, notifications, and more options.

We recommend checking out the guides available on this website to become more familiar with each part of the platform.
