Real-Time Report
At LastPOS, we offer the possibility to monitor everything happening in your restaurant in real time through a live performance report.
Below we explain, step by step, how to access and use this feature.
How to View the Real-Time Report
To access the Real-Time Report:
Open the side menu by tapping the three-line icon (☰) at the top right of the screen.
Click on "Real Time Report."
If needed, tap "Print" to get a physical copy of the report.
What Does the Report Include?
General: View the first and last bill generated during the session.
Accounts by Source: See where your orders are coming from (e.g., Glovo, In-House, Uber Eats, etc.).
Breakdown: Includes subtotal, VAT, and total amounts.
Payments: Shows the payment methods used and the amounts received.
Tips: Total amount of tips received.
Payments Without Tips: Displays payments that were made without including tips.
Cash Movements: Records of cash-in and cash-out transactions made during the session.
Statistics: Includes total number of bills, open bills, number of guests, average guests per table, average per bill, and average per guest.
