How to Set Up QR Ordering in Last.app

With LastQR, your customers can view the menu, place orders, and pay directly from their smartphones—enhancing the in-house experience and speeding up service.

Below is a step-by-step guide to configure this feature from your Last.app admin panel.

Steps to Configure LastQR

  1. Log in to your Last.app admin panel.
  2. Navigate to the “LastQR” section.
  3. Ensure your virtual store URL is active.

Available Options in LastQR

From the “LastQR” section, you can choose how the system will work based on your operational needs:

Order from table 

Customers will be able to:
  • Scan the QR code placed on their table.
  • View your menu.
  • Place orders directly from their mobile device.

InfoIn this mode, payment is handled by your restaurant staff.



Order and pay

Enable this option if you want customers to place orders and pay directly from their devices using Last.app’s integrated payment gateway.


Additional Options

  • Allow open tabs: Customers can continue adding products to their order after the first submission, without needing to close the ticket.
  • Automatically print kitchen tickets: When an order is confirmed from a mobile device, the kitchen ticket is printed automatically, with no staff intervention.
  • Minimum basket: Set a minimum value required for the customer to place an order.

 Don’t Forget to Set Your Business Hours
To ensure LastQR works properly, make sure your virtual store hours are configured in the “Opening Hours” section of the admin panel.
Without active hours, your store will not be available for QR orders.
