How to Connect SumUp with LastPOS

To begin using SumUp as a payment method in LastPOS, you must first configure it within your POS system. In the Payment Methods section for each location, you can create and enable SumUp so that it appears as an available option in LastPOS.

Once the method is created and the LastPOS app is installed on your iPad, follow these steps:

Steps to Integrate SumUp

  1. Turn on your SumUp card reader and enable Bluetooth on your iPad.

  2. In the LastPOS app, create an order and proceed to checkout.

  3. Select "SumUp" as the payment method. A pop-up window will appear asking for your SumUp login credentials.



  4. Enter your credentials, then select “Card Reader” from the device options.



  5. Verify that the last digits on the screen match the back of your SumUp reader.



  6. The reader will now be connected, and the payment process will begin.



Payment Operation

  1. The transaction will start to process.


  2. Insert the customer’s card into the reader and follow the on-screen prompts.


  3. Once the payment is completed, the process will finish successfully.

Notes

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the iPad before starting.

  • Follow each step carefully to guarantee proper connection and functionality.
