How to create a catalog?
Step 1: Create a Catalog
From the LastAdmin | Catalog List section, click “Create Catalog”.

This will redirect you to the new catalog screen, where you can rename the catalog by clicking the pencil icon
next to the default name “New catalog”.
Step 2: Add Categories
Before you can add products or combos, you need to create the categories where those items will be grouped.
Click “Add Category”, which will open a panel on the right side of the screen with the category configuration options:

Name
This is the name of the category. It will be visible in the POS, in your online store (LastShop), and on any integrated platform using this catalog.
Description
(Optional) You can use this field to add a brief description of the category. This text will be visible in your LastShop.
Active
This option is enabled by default, which means that once the category is created, it will be active and visible in the POS, LastShop, and integrated platforms.
Save
Once you've completed the category setup, click Save.
The panel will close, and your new category will appear within the catalog.
Step 3: Add Products and/or Combos
Once your categories are set, you can begin assigning products or combos to each one.
To do this, open a category by clicking the arrow icon next to its name. You’ll then see the options to:
Clicking either option will open a side panel displaying all the products or combos already created in your organization.
You can select multiple items and add them in bulk by clicking the “Add” button.

If the product you want to add doesn't exist yet, you can click the “New” button to create it directly within the catalog.
Step 4: Adjust Prices (Optional)
Prices are the only editable value within a catalog.
This is because the catalog determines where the data will be sent (e.g., POS, LastShop, external platforms).
As a result, you can have identical catalogs in terms of products and categories, but with different pricing.
For example:
Each with different price points.
For this reason, all price changes must be made within the catalog itself, and not in the general product settings.
