What is Cheerfy?

Cheerfy is a platform that enables restaurants to offer a fully digital guest experience, including ordering directly from the table via QR codes or other proprietary tools.

What does this integration allow?

Thanks to the integration with Last.app, all orders placed through Cheerfy are automatically registered in your system, enabling you to:

• Receive real-time orders directly in the POS.
• Assign orders to the corresponding table.
• Reduce errors in order taking.
• Speed up service and improve the in-house customer experience.

What information is received from Cheerfy?

Each time a customer places an order through Cheerfy, Last.app automatically receives:

• Order activation date and time.
• Order source (usually marked as “Restaurant”).
• Associated table (tableName).
• Unique order identifier.
• Language selected by the customer.
• Location and brand ID.
  
  

 All this information is automatically synced with your LastAdmin panel and displayed in the POS.

How to integrate Cheerfy with Last.app

Step 1: Token request by Cheerfy
The Cheerfy team must request the integration token from Last.app.

Step 2: Token generation in Last.app
The Last.app team generates and activates the requested token.

Step 3: Activation from the admin panel
Once the token is active, you can enable the integration from your admin panel under the “Integrations” section.
