What is GlovoOnDemand?

GlovoOnDemand is Glovo’s delivery service designed for restaurants without their own couriers. With this solution, you can request a Glovo rider only when needed, to deliver your takeaway or delivery orders.

Thanks to the integration with Last.app, this process can be fully automated. When an order is created in your POS, you can request a Glovo rider directly from the system, without leaving the platform.

How to integrate GlovoOnDemand with Last.app

Follow these steps to connect your GlovoOnDemand account to Last.app:

Step 1: Access the integrations panel

From your Last.app admin panel, go to the Integrations section.
Search for GlovoOnDemand in the list and click on Integrate.

Step 2: Enter your authentication data

A window will appear where you must enter the following information:

• Integration name
  Choose a name to help you identify this connection (e.g., Glovo - Downtown Restaurant).
  
  
• GlovoB2B API Key
  Paste the API key provided by Glovo to enable the integration.
  
  
• GlovoB2B API Secret
  Paste the API secret associated with your key to complete authentication.

Make sure to enter the credentials exactly as provided by Glovo.

Step 3: Save changes

Once you’ve filled in all the fields, click on Save.
If the information is correct, the integration will be activated and you can start requesting Glovo riders from within Last.app.

With this integration, you can automate your Glovo deliveries directly from your POS and manage everything from one place.

Remember to periodically check your credentials in case Glovo updates the API keys.
