These reports allow you to analyze in detail what is being sold in your restaurant—both by units and by revenue. With this information, you can optimize your menu, identify best-selling items, and detect areas for improvement.

Filters

This section is shared across all reports and includes two main buttons:

Time Range

By default, the range is set to “Last 7 days”.
Click the time range button to access a menu with predefined options and a calendar:
  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 days (excluding today)
  • Last week (Monday to Sunday)
  • Current month (from the 1st)
  • Last 30 days (excluding today)
  • Last month

You can also filter by hours using the "Include Schedules" button.
You may also set a custom time period using the “From” and “To” fields. In either case, you must click Save for the changes to take effect.

InfoNote: When selecting a custom time range, be sure to select the month, year, day, and (optionally) the hour if different from the default 3 AM. Then click Apply and Save.

Additional Filters

Click on the Filters button to segment your report based on:
  • Brand: If you manage multiple virtual brands, filter by one or several.
  • Source: View sales by source—Dine-in, Online Store, QR Code, Own Delivery, or Third-party platforms.
  • Order Type: Filter by Own Delivery, External Delivery, Dine-in, or Takeaway.
  • Location: Only shown if you manage multiple venues at the organization level. Select one or more. If you're already inside a specific location or only have one, this filter will not appear.

    Reminder:
You must save your filters for them to take effect on the report data.
