Account Management: Change Payment Method on a Closed Account
If an account was closed using an incorrect payment method, here is how to correct it to avoid conflicts in cash closing and reporting later:
Steps to Modify the Payment Method on a Closed Account
- Locate the account you want to modify by using the search icon or by navigating to the closed accounts list. 
- 
Inside the account details, click the "Reopen" button located in the ORDER DETAILS section.
 
  
 
 
- 
Click on "Checkout".
 
  
 
 
- 
Remove the existing payment by clicking the X next to the payment method in the Payments section.
 
  
 
 
- 
Confirm "Delete Payment".
 
  
 
 
- 
Proceed to add the correct payment method.
