Account Management: Change Payment Method on a Closed Account
If an account was closed using an incorrect payment method, here is how to correct it to avoid conflicts in cash closing and reporting later:
Steps to Modify the Payment Method on a Closed Account
Locate the account you want to modify by using the search icon or by navigating to the closed accounts list.

Click on the account whose payment method you want to change.

Inside the account details, click the "Reopen" button located in the ORDER DETAILS section.

Click on "Checkout".

Remove the existing payment by clicking the X next to the payment method in the Payments section.

Confirm "Delete Payment".

Proceed to add the correct payment method.
