Advanced Features: Redeem Loyalty Program Points
Once promotions are created, customers can earn and redeem loyalty points both in person (via the POS) and online (via LastSHOP).
Earning and Redeeming Points In-Store via LastPOS
Open a new order.
Click the three-dot menu and select “Link Customer”.
Enter the customer's phone number.
If you have a third-party loyalty service that uses cards, you can scan the QR code using the device's camera—if using a tablet or mobile—or a QR scanner if using a computer.Click "Save".
From that moment, the purchase will be saved to the customer's profile, and the corresponding points will be added.
To redeem points, go to the blue discount icon located on the left side of the category menu and apply available promotions.
If it's the customer's first time placing an order, you must create their profile before linking it via phone number.
Earning and Redeeming Points Online via LastSHOP
The customer must create an account or log in if they already have one.
Once logged in, they can view their available points and the products they can redeem based on their balance.
If they have enough points, they can select eligible products and add them to the cart at no cost.
