What does the integration between Last.app and Catcher do?

The integration between Last.app and Catcher allows all closed sales from Last.app to be automatically sent to your Catcher system for accounting, analysis, or synchronization with other tools in your business ecosystem.

What does this integration enable?

Thanks to this connection, you can:
  • Automatically receive all closed orders from Last.app in Catcher.
  • View the full breakdown of each ticket, including products, taxes, discounts, and tips.
  • Centralize sales data, payment methods, and order sources (e.g. Glovo, Takeaway, Delivery).
  • Link sales to registered customers and retrieve their billing information (if available).
  • Automate accounting processes without manual intervention.

What data is sent from Last.app to Catcher?

Each time an order is closed in Last.app, Catcher receives the following information:
  • Customer data: name, surname, customer ID (if applicable).
  • Business data: legal name, tax ID (CIF), billing address, and additional info.
  • Sold products: name, quantity, unit price, applied discounts, and final price.
  • Taxes: taxable base, VAT percentage, and total taxes.
  • Total amount: including any delivery charges, terrace fees, tips, or discounts.
  • Payment methods: type (cash, card, Glovo, etc.), amount, and date.
  • Order type: dine-in, takeaway, or delivery.
  • Order source: Glovo, Flipdish, in-house QR, etc.
  • Internal notes: kitchen notes or customer comments (if any).
  • Timestamps: order creation, activation, and closure time.

How to integrate Catcher with Last.app

Follow these steps to set up the integration:

Step 1: Token request by Catcher

The Catcher team must request the integration token from Last.app.

Step 2: Token generation in Last.app

The Last.app team will generate the token.
Once it's ready, you’ll be able to activate the integration from your
admin panel, in the “Integrations” section.
