What is the Fudeat integration?
The integration between Last.app and Fudeat allows you to automatically receive and manage orders processed through the Fudeat platform. By connecting both tools, you streamline operations and centralize all incoming orders directly into your Last.app system.
What does this integration allow you to do?
By linking your Fudeat account to Last.app, you can:
Automatically receive orders in your POS (Last.app) and admin panel.
Prepare and deliver corporate orders without manual input.
Manage products, pricing, and customer comments from a single platform.
Reduce operational errors and speed up the preparation of business menus.
Fudeat orders are directly integrated as “own delivery” type orders, including all the necessary information for proper handling.
Each time a new order is placed via Fudeat, Last.app captures:
Order name or code (e.g., 6626ODF2PKMD)
Creation date and time
Scheduled delivery time (schedulingTime
)
Delivery type: own delivery (ownDelivery
)
Ordering company details:
Company name
Address
VAT ID (CIF)
Ordered products, including:
Product name
Price
Quantity
Menu components (e.g., starter, main course, dessert)
Customer or kitchen notes
Venue and virtual brand identifiers
All this data is automatically displayed in your Last.app system, just like any other order.
How to request the integration
Request the integration token directly from Fudeat.
Access your LastAdmin panel.
Go to the Integrations section, and select Fudeat from the marketplace.
Enter the token provided and save the configuration.
Tip: Make sure your products and menus are correctly configured in Last.app to avoid mismatches and ensure smooth order processing.
