Integrations: How to Request an Integration

How to request an integration with external platforms

With Last.app, you can integrate your POS with third-party delivery platforms such as Glovo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat, among others. This allows you to receive orders automatically in your POS system—no manual entry required.

Below are the steps to request an integration directly from your admin panel.

General steps to request an integration

  1. Log in to your Last.app admin panel.
  2. Browse the Integration Marketplace to find the platform you want to connect.
  3. Click on the desired platform.
  4. Complete the integration request form with the required information.
  5. Click “Request Integration.”

How to integrate with Glovo, Uber Eats, or Just Eat

If you want to connect your POS to one of these delivery platforms, follow these specific steps:

1. Select the brand you want to integrate

If you manage multiple virtual brands, you will need to request a separate integration for each one.

2. Fill out the integration request form

  • Integration Name: Add an internal name to identify the integration.
  • Store URL on the delivery platform: Enter the public link where your customers place orders on Glovo, Uber Eats, or Just Eat.

3. Submit the integration request

Click “Request Integration.”
Once submitted, you'll need to wait for the external platform (e.g., Glovo, Uber, Just Eat) to confirm the integration on their side.

Estimated activation time: The process may take between 1 to 4 business days, depending on the platform.

How will you know when it's active?

Once the external platform confirms the integration:
  • You'll see the integration activated with an icon in your admin panel.
  • You'll also receive an email notification.

Important considerations

Before submitting your request, make sure to:
  • Assign a product catalog to the selected brand via the corresponding section.
  • Set your store’s business hours in the “Schedules” menu.

InfoIf any of these steps are incomplete, the integration will not work correctly.
