Last.app Integration with Google Bookings

The integration between Last.app and Google Bookings allows your customers to make reservations directly from Google Maps and the Google search engine. This feature boosts your restaurant’s online visibility and simplifies the booking process for your guests.

What does this integration allow?

By connecting your Last.app reservation system with Google Bookings, you can:
  • Receive table reservations directly from Google Maps or Google Search.
  • View and manage these bookings in real time within your POS or LastAdmin panel.
  • Centralize reservation management in a single platform (Last.app) without needing to monitor multiple channels.

    Reservations made via Google are treated just like any other in Last.app. They include all details: date, time, customer name, number of guests, and any notes provided.

What data does Google Bookings send to Last.app?

When a customer makes a reservation through Reserve with Google, Last.app receives the following information:
  • Full name of the customer
  • Number of guests
  • Date and time of the reservation
  • Estimated end time
  • Customer’s email and phone number
  • Reserved area or room (if applicable)
  • Reservation ID and status (e.g., confirmed)
  • Booking source (in this case: GoogleBookings)
  • Applicable cancellation policy (if configured)

InfoAll this information is instantly visible in LastAdmin and LastPOS, just like a reservation made through any other channel.

How to request the integration

To activate the Google Bookings integration, follow these steps:
  1. Activate the Reservations module in Last.app via My Products.
  2. Configure your table layout in Last.app, ensuring that the table names and seating capacity match what the customer will see.
  3. Request the integration from the admin panel:
