What is Honei?

Honei is a digital ordering and payment platform that allows in-house customers to place and pay for their orders directly from their mobile phones—without the need for staff intervention.

How does the integration with Last.app work?

The integration between Last.app and Honei enables the automatic transfer of all customer order data into your POS system. Honei and Last.app work together to streamline operations, reduce errors, and enhance the in-dining experience.

What does this integration allow you to do?

By connecting Honei to your Last.app account, you can:
  • Receive customer orders placed from their mobile devices automatically.
  • View orders instantly in your POS (Last.app).
  • Send orders directly to the kitchen through digital kitchen displays or printers.
  • Centralize the management of payments, items, and receipts.
  • Reduce manual workload for staff and improve table service.

Honei orders are treated the same way as dine-in, takeaway, or delivery orders in Last.app.

What information does Last.app receive from Honei?

Whenever a customer places an order via Honei, the following data is sent to Last.app:
  • Ticket name or order ID (e.g., H-2540)
  • Date and time of order creation
  • Full product list, including:
    • Product name
    • Unit price
    • Quantity
    • Modifiers or customizations (e.g., milk type)
    • Customer comments or notes
    • Kitchen notes, if the customer left specific instructions
  • Venue and POS identifiers
  • Order status (e.g., open or in progress)
InfoAll of this is automatically synced with your LastAdmin panel and appears in Last.app for order preparation and billing.

How to request the integration

Step 1: Token request from Honei

The Honei team must request the integration token from Last.app.

Step 2: Token generation in Last.app

The Last.app team will generate the token.

Once the token is active, you can enable the integration from the Integrations section in the Last.app admin panel.
