LastSHOP: Configure Delivery Zones
Full Control Over Delivery Zones in LastSHOP
LastSHOP gives you full flexibility to manage deliveries efficiently. You can define delivery zones precisely using polygons on the map, allowing you to tailor the service to your operational needs.
Below, we explain how to create and manage your delivery areas.
Creating a New Zone
Before you begin, make sure you have access to the Admin Panel and are within the correct location.
Log in to the Admin Panel and ensure you're in the correct location.
At the top center of the map, click on the “Draw a shape” icon.
Draw the zone: Click on the map to create a series of points outlining the area where you want to enable deliveries.
You can add as many points as needed.
Close the polygon by connecting the last point with the first one to complete the shape.
You can create multiple polygons on the same map if you need to manage different delivery areas.
Configuring a Delivery Zone
Once a polygon has been created, click on it to adjust its settings.
At the bottom of the map, you’ll see the following configuration options:
Name: Assign a unique name to the zone for easy identification.
Delivery fee: Set the delivery cost for this area.
Extra delivery time: Add extra delivery time for this zone if needed.
Minimum Basket: Set a minimum order amount for deliveries in this area.
After filling in the details, click “Save” at the bottom right to apply the changes.
Edit or Delete a Delivery Zone
If you need to make changes or remove a delivery zone, follow these steps:
Edit a zone: Click the polygon and update the values shown below the map.
Delete a zone: Click the “Delete” button in the configuration section to remove it.
Change the shape: Drag individual points to adjust the zone shape.
To move the entire zone, drag the center of the polygon.
With these tools, you can manage your delivery zones with precision and flexibility—optimizing operations and improving the customer experience.
