LastSHOP: Configuration

LastSHOP: Configuration

In this article, you’ll learn how to properly configure your LastSHOP virtual store from the admin panel.
Keep in mind that this configuration is
location-specific, so if you manage multiple venues, you’ll need to set up each one separately to ensure proper functionality.

Delivery Area

In this section, you can define the delivery zones your restaurant will cover.
You’ll see a map with your venue’s address marked. To create a zone:

  1. Click on the “Draw Shape” tool.

  2. Click on different points on the map to outline your delivery area.

  3. Once the area is closed, you can customize the following parameters:

Configurable Parameters:

  • Name: Assign a custom name to the created zone.

  • Delivery fee: Amount charged for deliveries in that zone.

  • Extra delivery time: Additional time added to the standard 15-minute delivery window, plus your preset prep time.

  • Minimum Basket: Minimum order amount required for customers to place an order in that zone.

Order Types Configuration

Here you can enable the pickup methods you wish to offer through your virtual store:
  • Delivery: Enable this if you want to offer home deliveries. Requires previously configured delivery zones.
  • Take Away: Allows customers to pick up orders at your venue. Does not require delivery zone setup.

Depending on your setup:
  • If you have only one virtual brand in your organization, you will see a simplified setup screen.
  • If you have two or more virtual brands, you will need to select which brand should be displayed in your virtual store.

Extra Settings

Ask about cutlery:

If you want to offer customers the option to include cutlery with their orders, you can activate this setting.
  • With a single brand, the process is straightforward.
  • With multiple brands, you’ll need to indicate which brands should show the cutlery option during checkout.

InfoNote: Just like enabling Delivery or Take Away, if you manage multiple brands, the setup screen will differ slightly, and you’ll have to choose which brands will include the cutlery question.

InfoREMEMBER TO ASSIGN CATALOGS TO YOUR VIRTUAL STORE BEFORE CONFIGURING IT
This ensures the best possible user experience during setup.
