Locations: How to Change the Legal Entity
If you need to assign or update the legal entity linked to one of your locations, you can do it directly from the Last.app admin panel.
Steps to change or create a new legal entity
Go to the admin panel | Locations and click the ✏️ pencil icon next to the location you want to modify.
A settings window will open. In the Legal Entity field, click the dropdown arrow.
Select the option “Create new legal entity.”
Fill in the required fields: company name, VAT ID, fiscal address, etc.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Select the newly created legal entity for the location.
Once created, you can reuse that legal entity for other locations if needed.
