Legal Entities

In the Legal Entities section, you can view and manage the billing and tax information for your restaurant, as well as the payment methods associated with your Last.app subscription.

The legal entity information — name, VAT number (CIF), and fiscal address — will automatically appear on:
  • Tickets issued from your restaurant
  • Invoices sent to your customers
Additionally, from this section you can:
  • Add a credit card to pay for your Last.app subscription
  • Enter an IBAN number, which is required to activate the LastSHOP service
InfoImportant: Don’t forget to click Save after editing a legal entity. If you don’t, changes won’t be applied.
  1. Go to the Locations section in the admin panel.
  2. Click the pencil icon ✏️ next to the location you want to modify.




  3. In the Legal Entity field, select “Create new legal entity.”



  4. Fill in the basic information and click Save.
  5. Then, go to the Legal Entities section and complete the remaining details (CIF, address, etc.).

Invoice History

In this section, you can also review the invoices issued by Last.app to your business:
  1. Select a date range using the available filters.
  2. Click Save to apply the filter.
  3. A list of invoices for that period will appear.
  4. Click on any invoice to view its details.
