Reviewing Processed transactions and Payouts and  in Last SHOP

In the “Payments” section of the admin panel, you can review all payouts and transactions related to your Last virtual store. This article explains each section.

Processed transactions

Under the Processed Transactions tab, you'll find all accounts paid through Last Shop using our payment gateway.

You can use filters to narrow down the results if you're looking for specific transactions.

Available Filters:

• Period: You can select the date range of the transactions you wish to review.

  • Preset date ranges: Choose from the available preset options. Don’t forget to click “Apply” to load the data.
  • Custom date range: You can also manually select a start and end date as needed. Click “Apply” after setting your range.

• Search Filters

  Here you can filter results by different criteria.

  • Containings: Filter transactions by a keyword or specific account number. Only transactions matching the criteria will appear.

    • Example: Searching by account code
    • Example: Searching by account or customer name
  • Amount: Filter by a specific range of amounts if needed.

Once you've found the transaction you're looking for, click on it to view its full details.

Payouts

In the Payouts section, you'll see all payments made to you by Last for your virtual store. Depending on your configuration, payouts are made either daily or weekly.

You'll be able to view:

• Total amount charged
• Commission amount
• Total amount paid

Additionally, clicking on a specific payout will show you the detailed transactions that make up that payout.
