Billing Report

The Billing Report in Last.app gathers all the essential information to understand how much your restaurant earns over a selected period of time.

This article explains each section in detail.

What is it for?

  • Internal control: Monitor the real financial performance of your restaurant.
  • Accounting: Export data to share with your accountant or finance team.
  • Decision-making: Identify sales trends, evaluate promotions, and optimize operations.

InfoEach section of the report can be exported individually in CSV or XLS format by clicking the corresponding icon.

What does this report include?

After applying the desired filters, the report will display all billing data recorded in your Last.app software. The following sections will appear:

  • Money Earned: Total billed during the selected time period.
  • Breakdown: Taxable base, total taxes applied, and any discounts granted.
  • First Bill: Consecutive number of the first invoice within the selected range.
  • Last Bill: Consecutive number of the last invoice within the selected range.

  • Payments Amount Without Tip: Total revenue without including tips.
