Sales Reports: Revenue Sources

Sales Reports: Revenue Sources

The report of Revenue Sources allows you to analyze your business income by brand and sales channel. Learn how to apply filters and understand your revenue breakdown.

Filters

This section is common to all sales reports and includes two key buttons:
  • Period
  • Other filters

Period

By default, the date range is set to “Last 7 days” (excluding today).
Clicking the button will open a menu with preconfigured options and a calendar:
  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 days (excluding today)
  • Last week (Monday to Sunday)
  • Current month (from the 1st of the month)
  • Last 30 days (excluding today)
  • Previous month

You can also filter
by time using the “Include Schedule” option.
To define a
custom period, adjust the "From" and "To" fields manually.
For custom date ranges, make sure to select the month, year, day (and time if different from the default 3 a.m.), then click Apply.
Don’t forget to click Save to confirm any changes to the selected period.

Other Filters

The Filters button lets you apply additional criteria to segment your sales for better analysis. Available filters include:
  • Brand: If your organization manages multiple virtual brands, you can view revenue for a specific brand or a group of them.
  • Source: Filter revenue by channel—such as In-house, Online Store, QR Codes, In-house delivery, or third-party platforms.
  • Type: Breaks down orders by type: In-house delivery, Third-party delivery, Dine-in, or Takeaway.
  • Location: This filter appears only if you manage more than one venue and you're on the organization level. It allows you to compare sales by location.
If you're already inside a specific location (or only have one), this filter will not appear.

Sections

Revenue Display per brand

If you have multiple virtual brands configured, this section will show a clear comparison of the total revenue for each one. You'll see:
  • Absolute income per brand
  • Percentage of total revenue
This makes it easy to identify which brands are generating the most sales.

Revenue Display per Source

Here, you’ll find how much revenue came from each sales channel:
  • Dine-in
  • Online store
  • QR codes
  • In-house delivery
  • External platforms
You'll also see percentage shares to understand how each source contributes to your total income.
InfoTip: Every section can be exported in CSV or XLS format using the download button in the top right corner.
