Table Management: How to Move a Table Order

How to Move a Table Order


It's very common in any restaurant to change a customer's table after their order has already been started. With LastPOS, you can handle these changes easily — no need to close or create a new order. Here's how:
  1. Open the account you want to move.
    You can access it by tapping the table on the floor plan or by going to the "Orders" section and tapping the pencil icon under “Order details.”

  2. Tap the three dots next to the table/account name and select “Assign to table.”

  3. In the pop-up window, choose the new table you want to move the order to.
    Make sure to uncheck the original table.

  4. Once saved, the entire order will be moved to the new table, and the old one will be cleared.
