Table Management: How to Delete Items from an Order

Deleting products that have already been sent to the kitchen is possible, as long as the employee has the proper permissions. You can configure this permission in the Employees section of the Admin Panel.

How to delete a sent item:

  1. Access the order
Go to the table from the table plan, or navigate to the Orders section and tap the pencil icon ("Order details").

  2. Select the item to delete
Find the product you want to remove and swipe left on it.

  3. Tap the trash bin icon
    A confirmation message will appear.

  4. Enter PIN if required

    • If the employee does not have permission to delete sent items, the system will ask for the 4-digit PIN of another employee who does.

    • If all employees have permission, no PIN will be requested.

  5. Send update to the kitchen
Tap “Send Order” again to notify the kitchen with the updated order and the canceled item.
