Account Management: How to Close an Order
How to Close an Order?
To close an order that has not been paid, you must use the trash bin icon. There are two ways to access this option:
Option 1: From the Orders Section
Go to the Orders section. Depending on the type of order, you can select Delivery, Pickup, or General.

Find the order you want to close and click on the pencil icon to edit it.

At the top of the screen, you’ll see the order number with a dropdown arrow. Click the arrow and select “Close tab”.

Since the order has not been paid and still contains products, a warning message will appear.

Press “Enter PIN”. The order will be closed if the employee has the necessary permissions.
Option 2: From Within the Order
If you're already inside the order you wish to close, click the three dots in the upper right corner of the POS.

Select the “Close” option from the dropdown menu.
A warning will appear indicating that you’re closing an order that has not been paid.

Confirm by entering the appropriate PIN if prompted.
Important: For traceability and security reasons, it is not possible to completely delete an order in LastPOS. All order activity is logged in the Fraud Control report.
