Customers: Managing Your Customer Database
If the Customer Module is activated, the system will automatically gather and manage your customer database using the different sources available to your restaurant. This database can be accessed directly from the Admin Panel.
Manage the Customer Database
Go to the “Customers” section under the “Organization” menu in the admin panel. From there, you can do the following:
Overview: View general information about your customers using the data displayed at the top of the Customers screen.

Search for Customers: Use the search bar to find specific customers. You can filter by name, phone number, or source.

- Export the Database: At any time, you can export the entire customer list by clicking the “Export CSV” or “Export XLS” button.

- Learn More About a Customer: Click on any customer to view more detailed information. You can also export a specific customer’s order history from their profile.
Exporting the Data
As mentioned above, one of the available options is to export your customer database. This is especially useful for marketing campaigns or simply to keep a backup copy of your customer information.
How to Export the Data:
The process is very simple. From the Customers section:
-
Look for the Export option in the top-right corner of the “Customers” page.
-
Click “Export CSV” to download the file in a simple open format for spreadsheets. If you’re planning to work with Excel or a similar program, choose “Export XLS”.
-
The file will download automatically and can be opened with your preferred application.
What Each Field Means
Most fields are intuitive and easy to understand, but here are some that may need further explanation:
-
Source: The origin of the customer (e.g., website, store, import...).
-
Last Order Status: For delivery orders managed by your own fleet, this indicates the status of the customer's latest order. "On time" means the order was delivered within the estimated time. "Delayed" means it exceeded the expected time.
-
Average Spend: Total amount spent by the customer divided by the total number of orders.
-
Monthly Spend: The average amount spent by the customer per month.
-
Marketing Communications: "FALSE" means the user has not opted in to receive marketing content. "TRUE" means they have agreed to receive marketing communications.
-
Earned Points: This field reflects the total number of loyalty points the customer has earned historically, as opposed to “Points,” which refers to their current available points.
Marketing Communications
Your customers must have explicitly accepted marketing communications through any of your platforms. From each customer’s profile, you can manually enable or disable this setting as needed. It will also be visible in their profile and in the “Marketing Communications” field when exporting data.
