Delivery: Managing In-House Delivery Drivers
Creating In-House Drivers
To register your restaurant’s drivers, follow these steps:
- In the Couriers section, click the Add Courier button.
- Fill in the Name and Phone Number fields, then click Apply.
- Once you’ve added all driver details, click Save.
After completing these steps, you'll be able to assign orders to your drivers from the Last.app POS.
Printing Driver Codes
In LastAdmin | Delivery, you have the option to Print Codes.
This function allows you to link an order to a driver automatically using barcode scanning. To use it, your restaurant must have a barcode scanner.
You'll scan:
The order code
The Courier code
This way, the system will associate the driver with the order quickly and efficiently.
