Integration between Last.app and Glovo

The integration between Last.app and Glovo is bidirectional, allowing information to flow both ways—from Glovo to Last.app and from Last.app to Glovo. This integration also enables automatic order acceptance, meaning all orders placed through Glovo are accepted automatically by your POS.

What information does Glovo send to Last.app?

When a customer places an order on your Glovo store, Last.app receives the following data:
  • Order code assigned by Glovo (e.g. G000…)
  • Customer’s name
  • Ordered products, including modifiers
  • Total amount of the order
  • Payment method:
    • Glovo Paid: The ticket will show that the order has already been paid via the app.
    • Cash/Card: The ticket will indicate that the order is pending payment upon delivery.

What information does Last.app send to Glovo?

The information sent from Last.app to Glovo mainly relates to your catalog and products. We send:
  • Catalog category names
  • Product names
  • Product descriptions
  • Product images
  • Catalog layout format (list or collection view)
Additionally:
  • If you deactivate a product or modifier in Last.app, this update is automatically sent to Glovo.
  • Deactivated items will no longer appear in your Glovo store.

Additional features managed from Last.app

From the Last.app admin panel, you can manage extra functionalities for your Glovo store:

Temporary Store Closure

You can temporarily close your Glovo store directly from Last.app. Check this article for detailed steps on how to manage this.

Early Order Pickup

If an order is ready before the estimated time, you can notify the Glovo rider using the “Ready for Pickup” button in Last.app.
Just select the order and click
“Ready for Pickup.”

Integration Limitations

Glovo imposes certain restrictions on what can and cannot be done via third-party integrations like Last.app. These are:

Catalog submission limit

Glovo's server accepts a maximum of 5 catalog submissions per day.
If you try to send a 6th update, it will be rejected, and the changes will not go live until the next day.

Important: Last.app will send the catalog to Glovo only after 5 minutes of inactivity following the last change, to help avoid reaching the limit.
Recommended practice:
When updating prices, product descriptions, or names for your Glovo store, make all changes at once to ensure they’re included in a single submission.
