Performance Reports: Delivery Times
The Delivery Times Report helps you analyze the timing of each operational stage of your orders — from kitchen preparation to final delivery to the customer. It's ideal for identifying bottlenecks and improving service efficiency.
Filters
This section is shared across all sales reports and includes two key filter buttons:
Time Range
By default, the time filter is set to “Last 7 days”.
Click the button to access a dropdown menu with pre-set ranges and a calendar:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 days (excluding today)
Last week (Monday to Sunday)
Current month (starting from the 1st)
Last 30 days (excluding today)
Previous month
You can also filter by time using the “Include Schedule” button.
For a custom period, adjust the “From” and “To” fields, then click Apply and Save to confirm.
Tip: When creating a custom period, you must select the month, year, day, and hour (if different from the default 3:00 AM), then apply and save the changes.Additional Filters
Use the Filters button to segment your report for more targeted analysis:
Brand: If you manage multiple virtual brands, filter by one or several.
Source: Filter by sales channels like Dine-in, Online Store, QR Codes, Own Delivery, or External Platforms.
Order Type: Choose between Own Delivery, External Delivery, Dine-in, or Takeaway.
Location: Only visible if you're managing multiple venues at the organization level. Allows filtering by one or more locations
Overview
This section displays average times for the selected period:
Average Time in Kitchen: Time from order acceptance to when it's ready for pickup.
Useful to evaluate kitchen speed.
Average Time in Ready to Pickup: Time from when the order is ready until it’s picked up.
Helps identify delays from waitstaff or couriers.
Average Time to Deliver: Time from pickup to delivery at the customer’s location (applies only to delivery orders).
Highlights potential routing or logistics issues.
Average Total Time: The sum of kitchen, pickup, and delivery times.
Offers a full view of how long an order takes from start to finish.
Total Cancelled: Total number of orders that weren’t completed.
Signals potential technical or operational issues affecting service.
Order-Level Report
This section provides detailed data for each individual order, including:
Tab ID: Unique identifier.
Date: When the order was created.
Kitchen: Time spent in preparation.
Pick up: Time between “ready” and pickup.
Delivery: Time from pickup to customer (if applicable).
Products: Total number of items in the order.
Distance: (if applicable) Kilometers traveled for delivery.
Total: Order value.
Tip: Use this report to detect patterns of delay during specific time slots or days of the week.
