Performance Reports: Employees

The Employees Report helps you evaluate the individual performance of each team member, focusing on productivity and sales generated. It's a powerful tool for making informed decisions regarding training, incentives, or operational adjustments.

Filters

This section is shared across all reports and includes two main buttons:

1. Time Range

By default, the range is set to “Last 7 days”.
Click the time range button to access a menu with predefined options and a calendar:
  1. Today
  2. Yesterday
  3. Last 7 days (excluding today)
  4. Last week (Monday to Sunday)
  5. Current month (from the 1st)
  6. Last 30 days (excluding today)
  7. Last month
You can also filter by hours using the "Include Schedules" button.
You may also set a custom time period using the “From” and “To” fields. In either case, you must click Save for the changes to take effect.
When selecting a custom time range, be sure to select the month, year, day, and (optionally) the hour if different from the default 3 AM. Then click Apply and Save.

2. Additional Filters

Click on the Filters button to segment your report based on:
  1. Brand: If you manage multiple virtual brands, filter by one or several.
  2. Source: View sales by source—Dine-in, Online Store, QR Code, Own Delivery, or Third-party platforms.
  3. Order Type: Filter by Own Delivery, External Delivery, Dine-in, or Takeaway.
  4. Location: Only shown if you manage multiple venues at the organization level. Select one or more. If you're already inside a specific location or only have one, this filter will not appear.
Reminder: You must save your filters for them to take effect on the report data

What Does This Report Show?

The report displays a table with the performance of each employee, including the following indicators:
Employee Name: The user responsible for managing orders.

  1. Products Added: Total number of products the employee added to orders. Useful for measuring activity level during service.
  2. Money earned: Total amount billed for the orders handled by that employee. Reflects their direct impact on sales.
  3. Tabs closed: Number of orders successfully completed by the employee.
  4. Average basket value per tab: The average value of the orders managed. Helpful for identifying strong sales behaviors.

Data Export

All data can be exported in CSV or XLS format using the button in the top-right corner.

Perfect for performance tracking, internal audits, or sharing with management and HR.
