Schedules: Configuration

In this article, you'll learn how to set your restaurant’s opening and closing hours from the Last.app Admin Panel. This configuration directly affects:
  • Your online store (LastShop)
  • Integrated delivery platforms (Uber Eats and Just Eat)
All opening hours are managed in LastAdmin | Schedules.


General Schedule

The general schedule determines:
  • When your online store (LastShop) will be available
  • Your operating hours on Uber Eats and Just Eat (if integrations are active)

How to set it up:

  2. In the weekly calendar view, click and drag to define your opening and closing times.
  3. Repeat the process for each day of the week.




InfoThe general schedule applies to all brands at the selected location — unless you define a specific schedule for each brand.

Brand-specific Hours

If you operate with multiple virtual brands, you can customize their hours independently.
Steps:
  2. In the “Brands” dropdown, select the brand you want to configure.
  3. Modify the schedule as needed.
  4. Don’t forget to save your changes.



Reset Hours to General

If a brand has custom hours, it will not be affected by changes to the general schedule.
To make a brand follow the general hours again:

How to reset:

  2. Select the brand
  3. Click on “Reset changes” (top-right corner)
  4. Click “Save”




If you see the “Reset changes” option, it means the system has detected a difference between the general hours and the brand-specific schedule.

Temporary Closures

If you need to close your online store temporarily (e.g., for holidays or maintenance), you can schedule it easily.
Steps to schedule a temporary closure:
  2. In the “Product” dropdown, select LastShop
  3. Choose the start date and time, then click Apply
  4. Choose the end date and time, then click Apply
  5. Click Save
  6. Make sure the closure has been correctly scheduled
