Virtual Brand Setup (Logos, Colors, Cover Photos…)

What is a Virtual Brand and how to manage it?

A Virtual Brand is an independent food identity that operates within the same physical kitchen or restaurant. It allows you to offer different product lines and target multiple audiences from a single operation.
Examples:
  • Main Burgers (main brand)
  • Vegan Burgers (virtual brand targeting vegetarian customers)
With this feature, you can run several brands from the same location, each with its own visual identity on platforms like LastSHOP, QR codes, or external marketplaces (Glovo, Deliveroo, etc.).

How to manage a Virtual Brand

You can edit all visual and identity details for each virtual brand from the Admin Panel.

Steps:

  1. Click the pencil icon ✏️ to edit the brand you want

Editable fields include:

  • Brand name
  • Square logo: used if you’re integrated with a marketplace
  • Black & white logo: displayed on printed tickets
  • Color logo: used in LastSHOP and QR system
  • Cover photo: visible in LastSHOP, QR, and Deliveroo (if integrated)

Customize the visual experience in LastSHOP

Each virtual brand can have its own design and visual style in the online store:
  • Set a primary and secondary color
  • Customize the top bar color
  • Choose a background image that reflects the brand's identity
  • Preview the changes in real time with the integrated simulator
Info
This allows you to create a unique and consistent visual experience for each virtual brand, tailored to its identity and target audience.
